IND vs AUS 2nd ODI: Star India batters Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma celebrated Diwali with the whole team in Adelaide as they were seen reaching a famous restaurant just two days before the second ODI. Both Rohit and Kohli made their comeback to international cricket after six months during the series opener in Australia, but were seen struggling as Rohit scored eight runs off 14 balls and Kohli got out on a duck.

And on Diwali, the Indian team looked in high spirits as they had gone out for a team dinner. Apart from this duo, captain Shubman Gill and Shreyass Iyer, Nitish Kumar Reddy, and Washington Sundar had also attended this dinner.

As per 7 News Adelaide, the team arrived at the British Raj restaurant in Torrensville, which usually serves the best Indian food in Adelaide.

Since both Virat and Rohit now just play in the 50-over format, there's no clarity as to whether they are the team's part for the long term, since the next ODI World Cup is after two years.

The visitors had a shaky start to this series as there were a lot of rain disruptions in Perth, which affected their batting rhythm, and that's why they lost the match by seven wickets. The bowlers failed to impress since they were defending just 136 runs.

The pitch at Adelaide Oval will be equally challenging, as pacers and Josh Hazlewood will give the batters a hard time yet again. Since the Australian summer has just started, the surface will produce bounce and lateral movement, and that's why the batters will struggle to score runs here.
