IND vs AUS 3rd Test: India's star batter Virat Kohli was at his aggressive best on the second day of the third Test at the Gabba as he took a stunning catch and sent Marnus Labuschagne back to the pavilion and thus silenced the already riled-up Australian fans at the Gabba. Since the first day was rain-induced, the second day started with Indian bowlers ratting Australia's batting lineup as batters like Usman Khawaja, Nathan McSweeney, and Labuschagne fell cheaply.

Jasprit Bumrah gave the visitors the much-needed breakthrough by dismissing openers Usman Khawaja and Nathan McSweeney and Australia's middle-order faced the Indian fast bowlers. Labuschagne, who is Australia's star batter came under immense pressure as both Mohammed Siraj and Nitish Kumar Reddy gave him a tough time by bowling brilliantly. Nitish Kumar Reddy then produced an edge to Labuschagne's bat and Kohli, who was standing at slips, dove to his right and took a stunning catch.

Kohli then began celebrating aggressively. He was seen silencing the Australian crowd and that provoked the fans at the Gabba. He did this celebration after he was involved in a heated exchange with the fans and since the star batter has always backed his fellow teammate Mohammed Siraj, who was earlier booed by the fans. Kohli's celebration made sure that his relationship with the fans at the Gabba became one of the most talked about stories.

The Rohit Sharma-led side has an upper edge as they are trying to reduce Australia to a low first-innings total. At the same time, the Indian fans are looking forward to Kohli's batting and are fully aware that his passion for his batting can only make the match more intense.
