India vs Bangladesh, Asia Cup 2025: Abhishek Sharma produced yet another masterclass with the bat as he smashed the bowlers all around the park during the India vs Bangladesh Asia Cup 2025 Super Fours clash at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Abhishek smashed yet another half-century in this tournament, reaching the milestone in just 25 balls as he took a single off Saif Hassan in the eighth over of the match. He continued his incredible form with the bat as India got off to a fiery start after being put into bat first.
With another magnificent effort, Abhishek created an impressive record and joined the likes of Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj Singh and others in the elite list. This was the fifth time Abhishek has completed his fifty in 25 or fewer balls in the T20I cricket.

India smashed 72 runs in the first six overs of the powerplay with Abhishek and Shubman Gill stitching a 77-run opening stand. Gill was dismissed for 29 runs in 19 balls by Rishad Hossain.
Abhishek, who is the top run-getter in the ongoing tournament, missed out on his century as he was dismissed for 75 runs in 37 balls. He had smashed six fours and five sixes. The left-handed batter headed into the match on the back of a match-winning knock of 74 runs in India's previous match against arch-rivals Pakistan.
India remain the only undefeated side in the tournament so far, having won all four games. They defeated Pakistan by six wickets in their first Super Fours fixture, and a win over Bangladesh will seal their place in the final. Bangladesh, on the other hand, defeated Sri Lanka in their previous match, but they are playing against India without their skipper Litton Das, who suffered an injury, with Jaker Ali taking over as the stand-in skipper.
