ICC Women's World Cup 2025 Final Prize Money: The Women in Blue had already scripted history in the ongoing mega event. After beating Australia in the semifinal, the host didn't just reach the summit clash but will also be betting a prize money of Rs 20 crore. This win against Australia is considered one of the best matches in India's women's history.

But thejob hasn't been done hassn't beem done. The host will lock horns with South Africa in the summit clash, and if they clinch the title, then they will get double the amount of Rs 20 crore. The summit clash will be held on Sunday, November 2.

Equal pay for men’s and women’s teams

The Women’s World Cup has already scripted history for another reason. It will be the first time that the ICC has revealed equal prize money for the men's and women's World Cup. The total prize money is $13.88 million, which is three times more than what it was in New Zealand in 2022, which had a prize money of $3.5 million.

This rise in prize money is part of the ICC's pay parity policy, which ensures that both female and male cricketers get the same prize money. The prize money this year has pipped the prize money of the 2023 World Cup.

Prize money breakdown for the 2025 Women’s World Cup

The winners of the ongoing mega event will earn $4.48 million (around Rs 40 crore), which is 239 percent of what Australia got in 2022.

The runners will be getting $2.24 million (Rs 20 crore), and this has gone up by 273 percent.

The two teams that lost the semifinal will be given $1.12 million (Rs 9.3 crore). The teams that finished in fifth and sixth positions will get $280,000, and all those teams that finished in 7th or 8th positions will get $280,000.

All the participating teams will be getting $250,000 (around Rs 2 crore).
