IND vs SA: India's star opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was teased by Virat Kohli for a Tere Naam reference when Jaiswal scored his first ODI ton in the last ODI against South Africa. He scored his first ODI century in the match, where Kohli helped him in his innings.

He started his innings slowly but began playing aggressively along with Kohli as the host won the match by 9 wickets. Jaiswal has always thanked Kohli for helping him in his career, and then he talked about the funny side of Kohli.

In that match, Kohli was seen making fun of Jaiswal's hairstyle and comparing it to Salman Khan's look from Tere Naam. Jaiswal revealed that Kohli sang, “Lagan lag gayi re," and also danced with him.

Jaiswal also said that Kohli had the best sense of humour and that when he is on the field, he becomes all serious.

“There is a song called ‘Lagan Lag Gayi Re‘. So Kohli was singing that song to me and dancing. That was a fun conversation. Even before I went to bat, he was telling me things," Jaiswal was quoted as saying on Vimal Kumar’s YouTube channel.

“His (Kohli’s) sense of humour is great, and he is very funny. But when he is serious, the entire world knows the level of intensity with which he plays. I really enjoy playing with him," he added.

Jaiswal also shared a video of him practising with Kohli in a training session before his first Test match. He also revealed that he talks to Kohli about how he can work on his game more.

“Yes, absolutely. We were talking a lot about things like when the ball comes, what my position should be, and what I should do so that I don’t get stuck. There were a lot of discussions," he concluded.
