IND vs SA 2nd T20I Weather Report: Following the washout in Durban, India and South Africa will square off in the second T20I on Tuesday at St George's Park in Gqeberha. Rain is expected to play spoilsport for the second time in the series on match day, as per the weather forecast.

India's preparations for the T20 World Cup 2024 were hampered on Sunday as the series opener at Kingsmead in Durban was called off without a toss owing to persistent rain. Suryakumar Yadav's side has only five more T20Is before the pinnacle event in the West Indies and the United States to finalize their squad.

India are set to host Afghanistan for a three-match T20I series after playing two more T20Is against South Africa in the ongoing series. Men in Blue will look to get their answers in the second T20I against South Africa if the weather does not put misery on India's hopes.

As per AccuWeather, there is 63 per cent chance of rain in the afternoon with 99 per cent cloud cover over Gqeberha on Tuesday. The match will start at 4 PM local time. The humidity is predicted to be at 74 per cent with wind gusts of 54 kmph. However, the chances of rain come down to eight per cent in the evening with 76 per cent humidity in the air.

The fans can expect a start-stop action or curtailed encounter if not the full 40 overs match.

India are coming after the thumping 4-1 T20I series win against Australia at home. The visitors have maintained most of the players in the touring squad with the likes of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Rinku Singh, Jitesh Sharma, Ravi Bishnoi, Tilak Varma, Ishan Kishan and Deepak Chahar. The youngsters are going with an all-out approach in the T20Is to cement their berth for the T20 World Cup 2024.

Meanwhile, Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav have returned for the T20Is after being rested for the Australia series following the hectic ODI World Cup campaign.
