As per Accuweather.com, there's a 63% chance of rain spoiling the game. There is also a 13% chance of a thunderstorm. Incessant rain will affect the match, which will happen in a stop-start manner.

Monday, November 3, has been set as the reserve day for the summit clash. If the match doesn't get over on Sunday, then both teams will meet each other on Monday, and that's when the winner will be decided.
Both the match officials and the referee are given strict orders to use all options to make sure that the match will get over on Sunday itself, even if it means having a shortened match.
It should be noted here that a team should play a minimum of 20 overs to make sure that there's a result for this game. If rain plays a spoilsport on the reserve day as well, then both teams will share the trophy. In such a situation, a single team won't be announced as the winner.
