IPL 2025 LIVE TV Channels: The IPL 2025 is all set to kick off on March 22 and is expected to produce some thrilling and enormous brand of cricketing action. The tournament will witness the first match between the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers at Eden Gardens.
KKR will be heading into the tournament as the defending champions, having lifted their third IPL title last year, They defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad in the final of IPL 2024.
All 10 teams will be looking to capitalise in the 18th edition of the cash-rich league, having bolstered their respective squads in the IPL 2025 mega auction. Five teams will have new captains in the tournament whereas many teams will be led by the same skipper in the 18th edition of the tournament.
A total of 13 venues will be used for IPL 2025 with Delhi Capitals set to play a few of their home games in Visakhapatnam whereas Rajasthan Royals will also be in action in Guwahati's Barsapara Cricket Stadium.
Once again focus will be hugely on Virat Kohli and Royal Challengers Bengaluru as they gear up for action in order to win their first IPL trophy. They made it to the playoffs last season but lost the Eliminator clash against Rajasthan Royals. Rajat Patidar will be captaining RCB in IPL 2025.
The IPL 2025 playoffs will start on May 20 whereas the final of the tournament is scheduled to be played at the iconic Eden Gardens on May 25.

The live telecast of all the matches of the IPL 2025 will be available on Star Sports Network. Fans can tune in on JioHotstar for live streaming of all the matches of the tournament on Mobile, Laptop etc. The 18th edition of the IPL is all set to kick off on Saturday, March 22 with the first match between the defending champions KKR and RCB at the Eden Gardens.
The tournament will run from March 22 to May 25 and all the evening matches will start at 7:30 with the toss scheduled for 7 PM IST whereas the afternoon matches will have the live action underway at 3:30 PM IST.
