IPL 2025 Mumbai Matches Schedule: Mumbai Indians will play their first home match at the Wankhede Stadium against Kolkata Knight Riders on March 31. A total of 7 matches will be played at the iconic venue in the IPL 2025 which kicks off on March 22.
MI's first match this season is scheduled to be played against their big rivals Chennai Super Kings at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on March 23. Both teams are the most successful teams in the IPL history, having won five titles each.
The Wankhede Stadium is one of the 13 venues that will be used in the IPL 2025. Only one afternoon match will be played at this ground this season. MI had a tough campaign last season and finished last with just four wins and 8 points under their belt after 14 games.
The five-time champions had a mixed performances in IPL 2024 at their home venue of Wankhede Stadium, winning three matches whereas they suffered four defeats.
