IPL 2025 Opening Ceremony Live Streaming: The IPL 2025 is all set to kick off on March 22 with the first match scheduled to be played between the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Eden Gardens on Saturday.

However, this rule will not apply to afternoon games.

Additionally, the Decision Review System has been expanded to include height wides and off-side wides, ensuring a fairer adjudication of deliveries. Despite debates about its influence on the game, the Impact Player rule remains in place.

As many as seven teams will start IPL 2025 under new leadership with the most surprising of them all being Rajat Patidar, who is yet to play a T20I for India, leading the RCB team that features mega-star Virat Kohli.

Prior of the start of the 18th edition of the cash-rich league, there is an opening ceremony that will take place at the Eden Gardens with several notable performers gracing the stage with their jaw-dropping performances. Unlike the previous seasons, where only a single opening ceremony was conducted, the 2025 edition will witness all the IPL venues getting their own ceremonies.

The IPL 2025 opening ceremony is scheduled to take place a while before the start of play in the first match of the season between the defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The much-anticipated event will start at 6 PM IST at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata.
