Gujarat Titans skipper Shubman Gill won the toss and chose to bowl first against the former champions. This decision worked in their favor. They took early wickets on the back of the South African bowlers' brilliant efforts.
Samson has smashed two centuries for the Chennai-based franchise this year. He got out after scoring just 11 runs off 15 balls. Urvil was dismissed after scoring just four runs off three balls.
