IPL 2026: With just three days left for IPL 2026, fans are already disappointed as tickets have sold out quickly and prices have surged, raising concerns that teams may be prioritizing profits over supporters.

Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru, known as IPL powerhouses, have started ticket sales for their home matches. However, the excitement quickly turned to frustration as thousands struggled to secure tickets online.

Given both teams' massive fan bases, not everyone can access tickets. Still, those willing to pay inflated resale prices can find seats through third-party sites.

Buying IPL tickets has become a premium affair, with fans facing long wait times while resellers offer premium seats at much higher prices.

Tickets for RCB and MI home matches sold out within minutes, but many remain available at steep prices through resellers.

Ticket prices for KKR vs MI start at Rs 6,500 and reach Rs 50,000, while MI vs RCB tickets range from Rs 15,000 up to Rs 1 lakh, according to reports.

This lack of transparency has left fans disheartened: official sites show no availability, while third-party platforms list abundant tickets at inflated prices.
