Famous adult movie star Kendra Lust came out in support of Indian captain Rohit Sharma after he had a tough tour of Australia in the recently concluded Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Rohit looked out of touch with the bat and managed to score just 31 runs in the three matches he played. Australia proved to be too good for the visitors as they clinched the five-match series 3-1.
This was their first Border-Gavaskar Trophy win after 10 years and with a memorable win in the fifth Test in Sydney, the Aussies made it to their second successive World Test Championship final.
The Indian team put up a horrible batting performance throughout the Test series with seniors like Rohit and Virat Kohli struggling for runs big time.
Rohit faced a massive backlash and heavy criticism for his poor performance in Australia. He has been out of touch since the home season. The veteran batter scored just 42 runs in the two-match Test series against Bangladesh.
Taking to her official X account, Kendra uploaded a morphed image of her with the India Test and ODI captain. "You are the Superstar of the Indian Cricket World...stay Strong @ImRo45," the famous pornstar captioned the post.
Kendra's post soon went viral on social media as Rohit got support from all walks of life amid speculations over his retirement from Test cricket.
Rohit's captaincy was also slammed during their home Test series against New Zealand. While the skipper managed just 91 runs at 15.17, India suffered a 0-3 whitewash. This was India's first Test series defeat in 12 years.
Rohit missed the first Test in Australia in Perth which India won by 295 runs under Jasprit Bumrah's captaincy to go 1-0 up in the series.
The 37-year-old played the next three games but couldn't make it count both with the bat and in the captaincy. Amid his poor form, Rohit decided to opt out of the final Test in Sydney but the move gave rise to rumours about his possible Test retirement.
However, Rohit was quick to clarify the decision and turned down the speculations by saying that he will continue to play for India and will work hard to find his form back with the bat.
