Unlucky outing for Kohli vs KKR
Virat Kohli had a disappointing outing with the bat against KKR as he was dismissed for just 18 runs off seven balls during RCB's run chase.
A huge controversy erupted at the Eden Gardens after Kohli's dismissal as the star batter believed it to be a no-ball for the waist height.
However, the third umpire adjudged him out citing the batter had stepped out a long way and the trajectory of the ball had dipped down before crossing the stump-line.
RCB, on the other hand, suffered their seventh defeat of the season as KKR clinched a thrilling victory by just one run, that too on the very last ball of the match.
KKR were put into bat first and posted a mammoth total of 222/6 in their 20 overs before bowling the visitors out for 221.
With their fifth win of the season, KKR jumped to the second spot in the points table.
