Lucknow Super Giants IPL 2025 Complete Schedule: The Lucknow-based franchise is all set to begin a new era as they start their campaign in the upcoming season. They did qualify for the playoffs twice during their first two years and then ended up in the seventh position in the points table last year. And that's why the team management had to make some big decisions and had to release a few big players.
Skipper KL Rahul was removed and wasn't retained and instead, players like Nicholas Pooran, Mayank Yadav, Ravi Bishnoi, Ayush Badoni, and Mohsin Khan were. They broke their bank on Rishabh Pant during the mega-auction last year and thus he became the most expensive player in the history of the tournament. Pant would also be leading the team during IPL 2025.
They also bought players like David Miller, Aiden Markram, Mitchell Marsh, and Akash Deep at the auction and will aim to reach the playoffs once again.
