MS Dhoni, the former Indian captain, has once again come up with a sensational new look as he copped a new hairstyle, leaving the fans talking.

Dhoni has ditched his long hair for a new stylish look which was styled by none other than Aalim Hakim.

Hakim had styled Dhoni four months in the middle of the 2024 season of the Indian Premier League.

Dhoni, who led India to the three ICC trophies, is fond of experimenting with different hairstyles.

From his icon long-hair look to his version of the mohawk, the five-time IPL-winning captain has done it all.

The veteran player has been the talk of the town for the past few months with the build-up for the IPL 2025 mega auction being underway.

There is still no clarity regarding Dhoni's IPL future as he stepped down from the captaincy of Chennai Super Kings ahead of IPL 2024.

While there were several speculations regarding his participation in the IPL 2025, BCCI announced a new retention policy which gave a huge boost to the possibility of CSK retaining Dhoni.

As per the new 'uncapped' rule, the Indian players who have not played international cricket for the past five calendar years can be retained as uncapped players.

Dhoni’s last appearance for the national team came during the 2019 ODI World Cup semifinal against New Zealand which India lost on a heartbreaking note.

CSK fans will be excited to know that Dhoni’s retention will not prove to be an obstacle when it comes to the price tag.

However, his participation is yet to be officially confirmed considering his knee issue which has troubled him for the last couple of seasons.

Heading towards the final chapter of his cricketing career, the legendary wicketkeeper-batter was used by CSK as a power-hitter in the death overs where he took his finishing abilities to a new level.
