India's star batter Virat Kohli was on song with the bat against the arch-rivals Pakistan as he partnered with KL Rahul to make a humiliating struggle for the bowlers on Monday.

Kohli helped India pick a massive 228-run win in the Super Four stage of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023 at the R Premadasa Stadium.

The former Indian captain smashed his 47th ODI century, also breaking multiple records for his 122-run knock in the all-important clash.

Virat has a monumental fan following all over the world. Apart from India, he is quite popular in Asian countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Pakistani famous YouTuber Daniyal Sheikh lauded Virat for his stunning performance when it mattered the most as he reviewed the performances of both teams.

"For the record, let me clear that Virat Kohli is the greatest ODI player in the world at the moment. He is known as King for a reason because he has been proving himself over the years day in and day out," Sheikh said in his video.

He also mentioned Virat's previous heroics against Pakistan and mentioned that Virat's body language is a treat to watch when is set at the crease, especially while chasing the targets.

"He was the point of difference in the Asia Cup 2012 and scored a century in the 2015 ODI World Cup as well against Pakistan," the YouTuber said.

"The bottom line is that he is the greatest. He is just another person while chasing with his body language is something to be seen and appreciated whenever he gets comfortable at the crease," he added.

"Nobody can forget his memorable sixes against Haris Rauf in the T20 World Cup last year. You can't dismiss a player like him easily and the same thing happened today as he looked to have the potential of hitting the boundary in every ball he faced," Sheikh concluded.

Virat faced a bit of criticism after registering a failure in the first contest between these two teams in the tournament as he was dismissed cheaply by Shaheen Afridi.
