RCB vs CSK, IPL 2024: Royal Challengers Bengaluru reached the Indian Premier League 2024 after defeating Chennai Super Kings on Saturday. This was their sixth consecutive victory as they made a brilliant comeback after losing their first seven matches of the eight that they had played. Both the fans and the players went crazy after winning the last ball thriller against CSK and celebrated wildly.  
 
The fans were seen blocking the Bengaluru streets till 2:00 a.m. after winning the rain-induced match and were also seen hugging each other. A few of them were also waiting for the team bus to come out of the stadium to congratulate them for the brilliant victory against the Ruturaj Gaikwad-led side.  
 
The Faf Du Plessis-led side needed to win the match by 18 runs to reach the playoffs. They were supposed to defend 35 runs in the last over but then Yash Dayal bowled a brilliant over and conceded just seven runs and helped his team qualify for the IPL 2024 playoffs.

Three other teams had already qualified for the playoffs, and they are KKR, RR, and SRH and all these teams have to play their last league stage match. RCB and CSK were vying for the fourth position and RCB pulled off a miraculous victory, which would go down in the history of the tournament for years to come.  
 
KKR, RR, and SRH will be playing their last league stage match on Sunday. The Shreyas Iyer-led side will be finishing in the top two whereas SRH and RR will be fighting for the second position and that will give them an edge in their last league stage match.
