RCB vs LSG Highlights, IPL 2023: Lucknow Super Giants Beat RCB By One Wicket In Last-Ball Thriller

What a game it was! Lucknow held their nerve better as they registered a nail-biting one-wicket win over RCB in the last-ball thriller. Fans totally enjoyed the blockbuster clash between two solid teams at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Monday. 

Nicholas Pooran and Ayush Badoni accumulate 14 runs from David Willey's over. Lucknow inching closer to win and need 28 runs off 24 balls. Pooran is batting on 62* off 18 balls while Badoni on 21 not out. 

Nicholas Pooran smashes a 15-ball fifty as Lucknow stages fightback in the 213-run chase. He completes the fastest fifty of the season, Lucknow in comfortable position to win the match from here.

Mohammed Siraj bagged his second scalp of the match as he removed skipper KL Rahul (18) in the 12th over.  

Marcus Stoinis falls after scoring a blistering 65 off 30 balls studded with five sixes and six fours. Leg-spinner Karn Sharma breaks the crucial partnership between Stoinis and KL Rahul for the fourth wicket. 

Mohammed Siraj gave an early breakthrough to his side in the opening over. He strikes on the third ball of the over and cleaned up Kyle Mayers on a three-ball duck. Deepak Hooda is the new batter in the middle to join KL Rahul.  

Nine runs and a wicket for Mark Wood in the final over of the innings. Maxwell departed after scoring 59 off 29 balls as RCB post 212/2 in 20 overs. 

Faf du Plessis remained unbeaten on 79 off 46 balls studded with five sixes and as many fours. 

Glenn Maxwell strikes two maximums on the first two balls off Avesh Khan to complete his half-century off 24 balls. The second wicket partnership between him and skipper Faf has also reached the three-figure mark.  

Faf du Plessis completes his fifty off 35 balls as he along with Maxwell are hitting the ball well in the final overs of the innings. Another big over for RCB as Avesh Khan leaked 14 runs in the 17th over.

Two back-to-back sixes for Faf du Plessis as he struck Ravi Bishnoi out of the park with a 115-metre-long six. Glenn Maxwell also joined the party on the last ball as he smashed six to make it a 20-run over.

Amit Mishra gets the much-needed wicket of Virat Kohli for Lucknow Super Giants. In his first over, the veteran spinner bowled short-of-length balls and trapped Kohli at deep midwicket. He departs after scoring 61 off 44 balls. 

RCB 99/1 in 12 overs.  

Kohli smashes a 35-ball fifty as the opening stand between him and Faf du Plessis is racing toward the three-digit mark. It looks like Kohli will convert this fifty to a century tonight.

Unbelievable hitting from Virat Kohli tonight as he is sparing any bowler in the field. He is in different touch tonight, Kohli show is on cards for Bangalore and Chinnaswamy. Three sixes and four fours from his bat so far.
