Indian national cricket team vs Australian men's cricket team match:
Rohit Sharma has joined the Indian team ahead of the second Test against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.
Having missed out on the first Test in Perth, Rohit was seen in the Indian dressing room on day four of the match at the Optus Stadium on Monday.
Indian skipper Rohit was unavailable for the first Test due to personal reasons. He decided to be with his family during the birth of his second child.

Rohit was seen in the Indian dressing room in the practice kits, sitting alongside the head coach Gautam Gambhir and assistant coach Abhishek Nayar.

After a while, the 37-year-old was seen having a go in the nets as he practised with the pink ball ahead of the Adelaide Test. The pink-ball Test in Adelaide will start on December 6.

The veteran batter arrived in Perth on Sunday and is all set to return to the side in the second Test of the five-match series.
In Rohit's absence, senior pacer Jasprit Bumrah is captaining the Indian team and led from the front with an impactful bowling effort in Perth as the visitors close in on a famous Test win.
KL Rahul replaced Rohit at the top of the order in the first Test and capitalised on the opportunity with promising 26 runs in the first innings and a crucial 77-run knock in the second innings.

Rahul alongside Yashasvi Jaiswal stitched a record 201-run opening stand for India in the second innings with the latter playing a sensational knock of 161 runs.
The visitors won the toss and opted to bat first before introducing Nitish Kumar Reddy and Harshit Rana as debutants in their playing XI. They were bowled out for just 150 runs but took a 46-run lead by dismissing the hosts for 104 runs in their first innings.
