Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad, IPL 2025: Suryakumar Yadav shared an interesting moment with Abhishek Sharma during the IPL 2025 match 33 between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Wankhede Stadium on Thursday.

Suryakumar was seen checking Abhishek's pockets to see if he had brought another note with him. Notably, Abhishek came up with an impressive celebration after smashing a sensational century during SRH's previous match against Punjab Kings. He put out a note for the Sunrisers Hyderabad fans, and his celebration went viral.

In a hilarious turn of events, Suryakumar got in the way of Abhishek and was seen joking with the batter by checking his pockets, as the duo shared a laugh. The video went viral on social media.

However, Abhishek had another promising outing with the bat as he played a 40-run knock in just 28 balls on the back of seven fours against the Mumbai Indians. However, SRH went on to lose the match by 4 wickets. The left-handed opener has been in great touch this season and is the second top run-getter for SRH with 232 runs to his name in 7 matches at an average of 33.14.

Talking about Mumbai, the five-time IPL champions registered their third win of the ongoing season as they chased down the 163-run target in just 18.1 overs. Suryakumar made a crucial contribution of 26 runs in 15 balls on the back of two fours and two sixes.

In the first half, Sunrisers Hyderabad found late momentum with the bat to fight their way through and post 162 for 5.

With the surface at the Wankhede Stadium providing grip and turn for the spinners and slower deliveries giving dividends to the pace bowlers, Sunrisers Hyderabad batters struggled to adapt to the wicket for most of the innings. But a big finish, 57 runs coming off the last five overs, gave SRH some much-needed impetus towards the end.
