“Many die-hard fans have come to me and said, ‘Sir, please ask Virat to return to Test cricket because he will never refuse you and he will definitely listen to you,’” Sharma said.
While Rajkumar Sharma stopped short of confirming any concrete plans of a comeback, his comments have reopened a conversation many believed had ended. In Indian cricket, retirements have often carried an air of uncertainty, particularly when it involves players of Kohli’s stature and competitive obsession.
