WEF-W vs MNR-W, The Hundred Dream Picks For Captain, Vice-Captain, Predicted XI: Welsh Fire will lock horns with Manchester Originals during the 12th match of the Hundred 2025 in Cardiff. Both sides will aim to win the important match to improve their positions in the points table.

The Fire did have a disappointing start to their campaign as they had lost their first two matches. They lost to London Spirit during a nail-biting thriller in their last match, and that too by a small margin of two runs. Sophia Dunkley and Jess Jonassen did make a significant contribution, but their efforts went in vain as the team suffered a batting collapse. Freya Davies and Katie Levick spearheaded their bowling attack by taking wickets at important junctures, but their batters were quite inconsistent.

At the same time, the Originals had a topsy-turvy start to their stint as they had lost one match and won one. They lost to Southern Brave during their tournament opener and then made a brilliant comeback by defeating Oval Invincibles. This victory showed their grit and determination. Star players, including Beth Mooney, who scored a match-winning knock of 70 runs off 45 balls, and skipper Sophie Ecclestone, who had bowled economically, had played a huge role and helped them win the match. But they suffered a batting collapse again against the Spirit.
