IND vs ZIM, 4th T20I: The young Indian team led by Shubman Gill defeated Zimbabwe by 10 wickets in the 4th T20I on Saturday in Harare. The Men in Blue chased the target of 153 runs quite comprehensively in just 15.2 overs on the back of Yashasvi Jaiswal's match-winning knock of 93 runs. After coming back from the 2024 T20 World Cup, where he didn't play any match, Jaiswal proved as to why is India's future star in the shortest format.
This series win is Shubman Gill's first as the captain and that has brought a big relief to him, especially after he was dropped from the 2024 T20 World Cup team and then lost the series opener. Gill played a huge role in the fourth T20I besides Jaiswal as he scored his second consecutive fifty of the series.
Jaiswal's unbeaten knock of 93 runs played a key role while chasing the target against Zimbabwe in the fourth T20I. Up till Saturday, the Men in Blue were seen struggling in the first half of the innings while batting but Jaiswal went all guns blazing on Saturday as he gave the team the much-needed start. He played aggressively, where he had smashed 13 fours and two sixes meanwhile skipper Gill (58*) played the role of a second fiddle and helped Jaiswal.

It was an important knock for Jaiswal, who faced a direct competition from Abhishek Sharma, who himself had smashed a century in the second match.
The openers chased down the target quite comprehensively on a batting pitch. It was the first time that the batters dominated in the powerplay while batting against the new ball and at the same time the Zimbabwe openers must be getting mad at themselves for not building on that 63-run partnership for the first wicket.
