Police said they received information from a Rohini hospital on Thursday about a teenager who was brought in with stab wounds and declared dead on arrival. Officers reached the hospital and later examined the spot where the altercation took place.

"During the inquiry, the team recorded the statement of the cousin of the teen, who is also a juvenile. He claimed to be an eyewitness to the incident. He told the police that he rushed to the spot along with his friend Armaan (18) after receiving a call about a quarrel involving others," a police officer said.

According to officials, the victim and a few others had a heated argument with three 15-year-old boys. During the clash, one of the juveniles allegedly attacked the teen with a knife, stabbing him in the abdomen and thigh, before the group fled the scene.

"We checked CCTV footage and gathered local intelligence. Two of the juveniles were detained. The teen was a class 11 student at a private school in Karala. His father works with the NDPL, while his mother is a homemaker. We are questioning the juveniles to know the exact reason behind the murder," added the officer.

In a separate incident, a 15-year-old boy, Al Faiz, was stabbed to death by two minor brothers following a dispute that began during evening prayers at a local mosque. Police said the argument escalated when the accused threatened to confront him outside. Later that night, Al Faiz was taken from his home by a friend and attacked just 100 metres away, where he was stabbed multiple times. Locals rushed him to GTB Hospital, but he was declared dead.

Police say the involvement of others is still under investigation.
