Ghaziabad Property Sale: If you're looking to purchase property in Delhi-NCR, there's some exciting news. In Ghaziabad, flats are now being sold at hugediscounts. These flats and plots, which have been unsold for several years, are now being offered at significantly reduced prices, following the introduction of the Ideal Costing Guidelines 2025 by the state government.
As a result, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) and other local bodies are offering discounts of up to 25 per cent on these unsold properties. The aim of this initiative is to regulate property prices while ensuring the protection of buyers' interests.
The GDA has launched a large-scale flat sale for properties that have been vacant for an extended period. The flats under this offer are situated in developments such as Indirapuram, Madhuban-Bapudham, Koyal Enclave, and Indraprastha. Due to a lack of sales over the years, these flats are now being sold at up to 25 per cent less than their original price. This discount is available through the GDA and other development authorities. If the total price of the flat or plot rises by more than 10 per cent at the time of possession, the buyer has the right to cancel the allotment.

In this case, the buyer will receive a full refund of their money, along with interest from the bank. The price agreed upon at the time of allotment will remain unchanged until the final payment, with no unexpected price hikes. Under this scheme, if a buyer purchases between 10 and 25 flats together, they will receive an additional discount of 5 per cent to 15 per cent . This offer is particularly appealing to group investors and builders.

The previous conditions have been relaxed. There are no income restrictions for purchasing flats, and individuals can now buy more than one property. This makes the scheme attractive not only to individual buyers but also to investors.
