A new air-conditioned (AC) bus service was launched between Delhi and Baraut, Uttar Pradesh, on Tuesday, as part of the 'Seva Pakhwada-2025' (Service Fortnight) celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Transport Minister Dr Pankaj Kumar Singh flagged off the first three saffron-colored buses from Delhi's Maharana Pratap Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT). The Chief Minister stated that this new inter-state service will significantly improve travel for commuters, especially students, traveling between Delhi and UP.
Route, Fares And Schedule
To serve all classes of passengers, the Delhi government has introduced an affordable fare structure for the approximately 60-kilometer route. The minimum fare is set at Rs 32, while the maximum fare for the entire journey is Rs 125.
Route Details
Delhi to Baraut: The service will start from Maharana Pratap ISBT and pass through Khajuri Khas, Bhajanpura, Loni Bus Stand, UP Border, Loni, Mandola, Khekra, Katha, Baghpat, Gauripur, Sarurpur, and Tyodhi before reaching Baraut.
Baraut to Delhi: The return journey will follow the same route in reverse.

Daily Timetable
The service will operate in both the morning and evening to ensure strong connectivity throughout the day.
Morning Departures
- From Delhi to Baraut: 4:50 am, 5:20 am, and 5:50 am
- From Baraut to Delhi: 7:00 am, 7:30 am, and 8:00 am
Evening Departures
- From Delhi to Baraut: 5:00 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:00 pm
- From Baraut to Delhi: 7:30 pm, 8:00 pm, and 8:30 pm
