AFCAT 2025: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 1 brief notification 2025. According to the announcement, the AFCET 2025 enrollment procedure will begin on December 2. Potential applicants can fill out the AFCAT 1 application form 2025 on the official website, afcat.cdac.in.
According to the timetable, the deadline to apply online for the AFCAT 1 exam 2025 is December 31, 2024. The AFCAT 2025 recruiting campaign intends to fill 336 male and female openings in the department.
Applicants for AFCAT 1 2025 will be selected via a written test, an AFSB test, and a medical examination. The AFCAT is used to select applicants for admission to the Flying Branch, Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical), NCC Special Entry, and Meteorology Entry courses.

AFCAT 2025: Eligibility Criteria
1. Flying Branch (AFCAT entry):
- Aspirants must have a minimum of 60% in any undergraduate degree (including Physics and Mathematics at the Class 12 level).
- a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology degree with at least 60% marks.
- Those who finished their CPL with DGCA certification are qualified without having to have a 60% in graduation.
2. Ground Duty (Technical):
- Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics): A minimum of 60% in B.Tech/B.E. (with topics like Electronics, Electrical, and Telecommunications).
- Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical): A minimum of 60% in B.Tech/B.E. (with topics including Mechanical, Aeronautical, and Aerospace Engineering).
- Applicants with an MSc (Physics, Mathematics, Electronics, etc.) with at least 60% mark are eligible to apply.
3. Ground Duty (Non-Technical):
- Administration/Logistics: A minimum of 60% for any undergraduate degree.
- Education: A postgraduate degree in related disciplines with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Accounts: A minimum of 60% in BCom/MCA.
