AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE 19) 2024. Candidates who took the exam can check and download the AIBE 19 Answer Key 2024 at allindiabarexamination.com.

The provisional answer key enables candidates to review and estimate their expected scores. In case of discrepancies, candidates can submit objections within the given deadline. Following this, subject experts will evaluate the challenges and release the final answer key.

The AIBE 19 exam held on December 22, featured 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within three hours. Candidates are awarded one mark for each correct response, with no penalty for incorrect answers. To qualify, General and OBC category candidates must secure a minimum of 45 per cent, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates need 40 per cent.

Passing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is essential to practice law in India. It is a prerequisite for obtaining the Certificate of Practice (COP) from the Bar Council of India. Without this certification, law graduates, even if enrolled with a State Bar Council, are not authorised to represent clients in court or offer legal counsel as advocates.
