Bihar Board Class 12 Result 2024: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will commence the registration process for Class 12 result scrutiny and compartment exams from March 28, 2024. The Bihar Board scrutiny process is available for candidates who are dissatisfied with their recently declared Bihar Board 12th results and wish to have their exam copies rechecked for improvement in their marks. On the other hand, the BSEB compartment exams are specifically for students placed in the compartment category, providing them with an opportunity to clear subjects they were unable to pass previously.
The BSEB Class 12 scrutiny and compartment exam application window will remain open till April 4, 2024. The updated results following the BSEB Class 12 inter-compartment exam are expected to be announced by May 31, 2024.
The BSEB clarified that this year, special-cum-compartmental exams will be conducted, unlike in previous years. The special exams for the improvement of marks will take place on the same dates as the compartmental exams, but separately.
According to the board's data, the overall pass percentage of students has seen an improvement from the previous year, reaching 87.21 per cent. The BSEB has also announced the names of the Bihar Board Inter 2024 toppers from each stream. Mrityunjay Kumar from Siwan secured the top position in the Science stream with an impressive score of 481 out of 500, attaining a percentage of 96.2 per cent. Tushar Kumar from Dariapur, Saran, emerged as the topper in the Arts stream with a remarkable score of 482 out of 500, resulting in a percentage of 96.4 per cent. Priya Kumari from Sheikhpura clinched the top spot in the Commerce stream with an outstanding score of 478 out of 500, achieving a percentage of 95.6 per cent.
