The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the last date to apply for the Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) Combined Entrance Examination (CET) 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can now apply on the official website, bsebdeled.com, until January 9, 2026.

Earlier, the deadline was set as December 24; however, the authorities decided to offer an extension. “In the interest of candidates, the period for filling the online examination application form and depositing the examination fee is hereby extended from December 26, 2025, to January 9, 2026. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the Advertisement No. P.R. 323/2025 will remain unchanged,” the official notice said.

How to Apply for Bihar DElED CET 2025?

Follow the steps below to apply online:

Step 1: Visit the official website: bsebdeled.com.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the registration link available.

Step 3: Complete registration and then log in.

Step 4: Fill out the application form.

Step 5: Upload relevant documents and pay the fee.

Step 6: Submit the form and take a printout.

Bihar DElED Exam: About

According to the official schedule, Bihar DElEd CET 2026 will be conducted from January 19 to February 18, 2026. Admit cards will be made available on January 10, 2026, for applicants to download.

Notably, BSEB will also issue a dummy admit card to help candidates recognise the errors and make corrections within the prescribed timeframe. Through the DElEd Joint Entrance Examination 2026, 30,000 seats across 306 participating colleges in Bihar will be filled.

- Class 10th Marksheet and Certificate

- Class 12th Marksheet and Certificate

- Graduation Marksheet/Certificate (if applicable)

- Passport-size photograph

- Scanned signature

- Aadhaar Card or valid photo ID proof
- Bihar Domicile Certificate (if applicable)

- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable

- PwD Certificate (if applicable)

- Income Certificate (if required)
