JE Education Desk: The CAT 2023 registration process for admission to management programmes will start tomorrow, August 2 at 10 am. The process will be done by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). Candidates will able to fill out the application form by visiting the official website of IIM CAT at iimcat.ac.in.

Candidates should be aware that the deadline for IIM CAT 2023 registration is September 13. The CAT 2023 exam will be held on November 26 for those who successfully apply for the management entrance exam. On the CAT exam day in 2023, the computer-based examination (CBT) will be administered in three shifts. According to the schedule, admit cards for the exam will be distributed on October 25.

Non-IIMs that have registered to receive the results will also evaluate the CAT 2023 score for MBA admission. Candidates should have all of the necessary documentation on hand before beginning to fill out the CAT application form 2023.

CAT 2023: How to register?

Applicants can fill out the IIM CAT application form by following the mentioned below steps.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIM CAT at iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on 'New Candidate Registration for CAT 2023.'

Step 3: To register, enter a working email address, mobile number, and birthdate. To generate login credentials, input the OTP that was provided to the entered mobile number.

Step 4: Use the generated login credentials to access the 'Registered Candidate login for CAT 2023' link. Fill out the application form with your personal, academic, and employment history, and program information. Candidates must choose their top six exam cities. A field marked with a "*" (asterisk) denotes that it is required information, and you must fill it out to submit the CAT form 2023.

Step 5: Candidates must use an online payment method to register. The CAT registration fee for 2023 is Rs 2,400 for general category applicants and Rs 1,200 for SC, ST, and PwD applicants.

Step 6: A scanned passport-size photo with a resolution of 1200 pixels by 1200 pixels in a jpg or jpeg format and a file size of no more than 80 KB. The required signature size is 80 mm x 35 mm. Candidates must also submit scanned copies of their birth certificates, identification documents that prove their identity and residency, their grade-point averages for grades 10 and 12, their diplomas, their final-year certificates for students who are in their final year of graduation, their work experience documentation, and, if applicable, their caste and disability certificates.

Step 7: Following the successful completion of the payment, registration, and application process. Examine the courses and colleges chosen, the information entered, confirm that it is accurate, and then submit the form.

Step 8: After submitting the CAT application form, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email account. The application confirmation page must be saved by applicants for future use. According to the official website, updates regarding the admit card download window may also be sent via mail.
