CAT 2024 Registration: The Common Admission Test (CAT) registration 2024 process is underway. Candidates will be able to apply till September 13. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for the MBA entrance exam at iimcat.ac.in.
According to the schedule, IIM Calcutta will conduct the CAT exam on November 24 across 170 cities. CAT admit cards 2024 will be released on November 5.

CAT 2024: Application Fee
Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,250. For candidates from all other categories, the fee will be Rs 2,500.

CAT 2024: Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree: Candidates must have at least 50 per cent marks or an equivalent CGPA, or 45 per cent marks for those in the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Persons with Disability (PwD) categories. Candidates who are appearing for their final year of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, as well as those who have completed their degree requirements and are awaiting results, are also eligible to apply.
CAT 2024: Exam Pattern
The CAT exam will consist of three sections: Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, Verbal and Reading Comprehension, and Quantitative Aptitude. The question paper will include two types of questions: multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and type-in-the-answer (TITA). The total score for the exam will be 198 marks.
