CBSE Board Exam 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the window for submitting the List of Candidates (LOC) with a regular fee on October 4, 2024. Candidates can check the details at cbse.gov.in.
In a previous circular, CBSE instructed schools to ensure the accuracy of the data submitted, including the subjects chosen by students, and stressed the importance of submitting the LOC within the given time period.
To make sure that the LOC submission complies with CBSE regulations, school heads have been instructed to get a confirmation report. The LOC Circular No.CBSE/LOC/X-XI/2024-25/7667/E-File-163685, issued on September 4, 2024, highlighted the following key points:
- Submit accurate student data.
- Ensure correct information on subjects chosen by students.
- Adhere to the LOC submission schedule.
To assist schools with the LOC process, CBSE has also provided a set of frequently asked questions (FAQs). Following these guidelines is crucial to ensuring accurate LOC data, which is essential for the smooth planning and administration of the CBSE Class 10 and 12 examinations for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Submitting the List of Candidates (LOC) is a mandatory step for schools to register eligible students for the Class 10 and 12 Board exams. Only students whose names are included in the online LOC submission will be eligible to appear in the upcoming examinations.
