CBSE Class 12th Results 2023 Toppers List: The Central Board of Secondary Education on Friday declared the class 12th results on its official website at cbseresults.nic.in. Students have to enter their roll number, School number, Date of Birth and Admit card details to check their scorecards.

As per the data shared by CBSE, 87.33 per cent of the total students have cleared the class 12 exams this year. The pass percentage has witnessed a decline of over 5 per cent from the previous year's 92.71%. A total of 90.68% of girls have cleared the exams, while 84.67% of boys have cleared the class 12 exams this year.

The CBSE, meanwhile, has said that it will not award the first, second and third divisions to students in order to avoid unhealthy competition. However, the board said that it will issue a merit certificate to 0.1 per cent of students who have scored the highest marks in the subjects.

As per the data, Thiruvananthapuram has topped the list of regions with the best pass percentage with 99.91 per cent of students clearing the class 12th exams. With 78.05 per cent, Prayagraj is at the bottom of the list.

A total of 1,12,838 students have scored above 90 per cent marks in the class 12 exams this year accounting for 6.80 per cent of the total students who appeared. 22,622 students have scored above 95 per cent marks accounting for 1.36 per cent of the total students. Meanwhile, 1,25,705 students have been placed in compartments accounting for 7.57 per cent of the total students.

Girls have outshined boys this year too by a margin of 6.01 per cent.

Girls' Pass Percentage: 90.68 per cent

Boys Pass Percentage: 84.67 per cent

Transgenders: 60 per cent
