CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education is all set to conclude the registration process for the CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2025 today on November 20, 2025. Girl students who want to apply for the scholarship scheme, today is the last opportunity to complete the registration process. You can register for the scholarship initiative by visiting the website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in.

According to the official notification released by the CBSE, the last date for both the submission of fresh online applications and the verification of old applications by the schools is today November 20, 2024. This deadline also applies for those students who are seeking renewal of the scholarship awarded in the previous year. The CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2024-25 aims to recognise and support the academic achievements of single girl children, promoting education  and supporting their higher education.

No application will be considered once the deadline has passed, students are advised to complete the registration procedure within the given period of deadline for a smooth scholarship process. 

CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2025: Eligibility 

1.  This scholarship is provided to only single girl students, who are the only child of their parents.

2. This scholarship will be awarded to Indian Nationals girl students only.

3. The student must continue her school education in Class 10 and 12 in schools affiliated with CBSE board only.

4. Students who have passed CBSE Class 10 Examination in 2025 will be considered for this scholarship.

5. Students with gross parental/family income up to Rs. 8 lakh per annum will be eligible.

CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2025: How to apply

To apply for the Single Girl Child Scholarship, candidates can follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Students must visit the official website of CBSE at cbse.gov.in to register for the scholarship.

Step 2. On the home page, click on the scholarship tab.

Step 3. Click on the link to apply for Single Girl Child Scholarship - 2025.

Step 4. A new window will open on the screen where you have to enter credentials (Roll Number and Date of Birth), and submit it.

Step 5. Fill in the application form and upload necessary documents in the prescribed format.

Step 6. Submit the application form and do not forget to download the confirmation page.
