CFA Exam 2024: The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) levels 1, 2, and 3 tests, which are planned for August and November 2024 sessions, have their dates of examination released by the CFA Institute. February, May, August, and November are the four sessions in which the institute offers the CFA exam each year.
Applicants can visit the official website of CFA at cfainstitute.org, to view the entire schedule for the CFA exam. The August session's level 1, 2, and 3 tests are scheduled to take place on August 20–26, August 27–31, and August 16–19, respectively. The level 1 exam for the November session is scheduled for November 13–19, and the level 2 exam is scheduled for November 20–24.
The standard registration procedure for the November session is in progress, and August 7 is the deadline for completing the exam registration form. To register for the exam, applicants must submit a USD 1,250 application fee.
CFA Exam 2024: Paper Pattern
There will be three levels for the CFA exam: levels 1, 2, and 3. There will be 180 multiple-choice questions on the CFA Level 1 exam, split evenly across two sessions. There are four sessions, each lasting two hours and fifteen minutes. There is no negative marking and the exam is only administered in English.
Three times a year in February, August, and November, the CFA Level 2 test is held. There are 88 questions on it, and candidates have 4 hours and 24 minutes to finish it in two periods of two hours and twelve minutes each. All questions will be in English, and three marks will be awarded for each right response.
Exams for CFA Level 3 are held twice a year, in May and August. In addition to multiple-choice questions, applicants must finish these exams in four hours and twenty-four minutes, split into two sessions of two hours and twelve minutes each. For the level 3 exam, three marks are awarded for each right response.
