CGPSC SSE 2024: The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has officially released the timetable for the State Service Examination 2024. Interested and eligible applicants can apply for the CGPSC 2024 by visiting the official website, psc.cg.gov.in. The CGPSC 2024 registration period will begin on December 1 at 12:00 noon. According to the official announcement, there are a total of 246 openings.
According to the official notification, the CGPSC 2024 SSE registration date is December 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. The CGPSC 2024 selection process consists of three stages: prelims, main exam, and interview. Applicants that pass at each stage will advance to the next.
Applicants will be able to make free adjustments to their submitted CGPSC 2024 application form between December 31 and January 2 until 11:59 p.m. The CGPSC 2024 application correction window and fee will be open from January 3 to January 5. According to the official announcement, the CGPSC 2024 application correction cost is Rs 500. However, changes to the local or residential status will incur an extra charge.

The CGPSC 2024 preliminary exams will be conducted on February 9 in two sessions: morning from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The CGPSC 2024 Mains will take place on June 26, 27, 28, and 29, 2025. The official website will soon have detailed timetables and venue information.
CGPSC 2024: Eligibility criteria

- Applicants must obtain a degree from a recognized university or its equivalent.
- Those expecting final results may also apply, as long as they meet the eligibility requirements before the Main exam application date.
- The age limitations as of January 1, 2024, are 21 to 28 years, with a five-year relaxation for SC, ST, and OBC applicants. According to the notification, ex-servicemen and government employees are also eligible for particular age relaxations.
CGPSC 2024 SSE Exam Pattern: Prelims paper
The CGPSC 2024 preliminary exams will be held in offline format. The CGPSC 2024 preliminary exam would consist of two papers: general studies and aptitude tests. Each paper of the CGPSC 2024 preliminary exam has a duration of two hours. The CGPSC 2024 preliminary exam consists of 100 questions each. Applicants will receive two marks for each correct response, but one-third of their scores will be deducted for incorrect replies.
