CLAT 2025: In a key decision, the Supreme Court on Thursday transferred all petitions challenging the 2025 Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) results to a division bench of the Delhi High Court.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justices Sanjay Kumar and K V Viswanathan directed the Delhi High Court to hear the petitions on March 3. The top court also instructed the registrars of multiple high courts, including Bombay, Karnataka, Punjab and Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, and Calcutta, to transfer all judicial records related to pending cases within seven days.
Earlier, on January 15, the bench had suggested transferring all petitions to a single high court, with the Punjab and Haryana HC being the preferred choice.
