CLAT 2025 Exam: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) will administer the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 exam tomorrow, December 1, for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate law programs provided by NLUs and other participating law schools for the academic year 2025-26. CLAT UG 2025 and CLAT PG 2025 will be held offline.
CLAT 2025 will last two hours, with exam times ranging from 2 to 4 p.m. Applicants from the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category will take the exam from 2 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.
CLAT 2025: Exam pattern
According to the CLAT 2025 exam structure, the question paper will be made up of 120 multiple-choice questions worth one point each. Students must attempt all questions. The exam will have a total of 120 marks. There will be negative marking, with 0.25 marks lost for each incorrect response.
The CLAT UG 2025 question paper will cover five topics: English language, current affairs (general knowledge), legal reasoning, logical reasoning, and quantitative techniques.
The subject-wise weightage for CLAT UG 2025 will be as follows:

The CLAT UG 2025 question paper, on the other hand, will contain questions on constitutional law, as well as jurisprudence, administrative law, contract law, torts, family law, criminal law, property law, company law, public international law, tax law, environmental law, and labor and industrial law.
