Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Monday started the online application process for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector and Assistant Sub-Inspector. The last date to apply will be May 21. Interested and eligible candidates can apply at– rect.crpf.gov.in.

The CRPF recruitment drive will be filled up a total of 212 vacant posts in Group “B” and “C” non-ministerial, non-gazetted, combatised Signal staff in CRPF [Sub Inspector (Radio Operator/ Crypto/ Technical/Civil) & ASI (Technical/Draughtsman)-2023)].

“The Central Reserve Police Force will conduct an open competitive Test for recruitment of Indian citizens to the post of Group “B” and “C” non ministerial, non gazetted, combatised Signal staff as per the Recruitment Rules/Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA),” reads the official notification.

CRPF Recruitment 2023: Age Limit

To be eligible for the post of Sub-Inspector candidate’s age should be below 30 years. While for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector, the candidate's age should be between the age of 18 to 25 years.

The CRPF recruitment process will consist of a written examination (Computer Based Test), Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Documents verification, and Medical Test.

CRPF Recruitment 2023: Check Eligibility Criteria

Sub-Inspector (RO): Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized University with Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science as subjects.

Sub-Inspector (Crypto): Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized University with Mathematics and Physics as subjects.

Sub-Inspector (Technical): B.E./B.Tech or Equivalent in Electronics or Telecommunication or Computer Science as main subject Or Qualified Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for more details.
