CSIR UGC NET Result 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Joint CSIR UGC NET Result 2024 and cut-off marks. Candidates who took the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research – University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test can check and download the CSIR UGC NET Result 2024 at csirhrdg.res.in.
"The candidates whose roll numbers are listed below have qualified the test for Junior Research Fellowship under CSIR JRF scheme. These candidates are also eligible for Assistant Professor subject to minimum eligibility criteria laid down by UGC," reads the notification.
The CSIR UGC NET Result 2024 has been issued category-wise. The CSIR UGC NET Result PDF includes the roll number and ranks of the candidates.
According to the notification, for Ph.D. admissions, the marks obtained in the Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2024 by candidates in category-2 and category-3 will be valid for one year from the date of the result declaration. The result will be provided in percentile format along with the candidate's marks, which can be used for Ph.D. admissions.
For candidates qualifying under category-2 and category-3, the NET score will carry 70 per cent weightage, while the remaining 30 per cenr will be based on performance in the interview or viva voce conducted by the respective university or higher education institution. The final admission will be determined by the combined merit of the NET score and interview/viva voce performance.
