CTET 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the CTET 2023 exam on Sunday, August 20. The exam was conducted in two shifts and candidates got 2.30 hours each to attempt the question paper. Paper 1 was held for those who intended to teach classes 1 to 5 and paper 2 was held for classes 6 to 8. The CTET 2023 result, answer key, and cut-off will be released soon. Once released candidates will be able to check their details at ctet.nic.in.
CBSE CTET result is expected to be announced by the end of September. Before the announcement of the results, CBSE will issue the CTET answer keys. The final results will be announced on the basis of the final answer key. The CTET provisional answer key is expected to be released by August end.
CTET 2023 Expected Cut Off
CBSE will issue the CTET cut-off marks along with the results. The qualifying scores and cut-offs are defined based on different categories. Candidates falling under the Unreserved category need to secure a minimum of 60 percent, which contains 90 marks out of the total 150. Students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories are required to attain 55 percent, equivalent to 82 out of 150 marks.
The CTET 2023 qualifying certificate will hold a lifetime validity for all categories. CBSE confirms that there are no limitations on the attempts a candidate can make to obtain a CTET certificate. The individuals who have already passed CTET have the option to reappear for the exam in order to enhance their CTET score.
