CTET 2024 Exam:  The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) January 2024 examination today, January 21, 2024. The CTET exam will be held in two shifts, including the first shift will be conducted from 9.30 am to 12 noon, and the second shift will be held from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. Candidates can check the exam details at ctet.nic.in.

Candidates must bring their hard copy of the CTET 2024 admit card on the day of the examination along with a valid photo ID such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport for verification purposes. Moreover, candidates also carry two passport-sized photos with them to the exam center. 

CTET 2024 January Exam: Check Exam Day Guidelines

- The candidates are required to arrive at the exam venue 120 minutes prior to the test's start time. The candidate who arrives at the center after the gate closes will not be permitted to take the exam.

- Before the exam ends, candidates are forbidden to leave the exam room without signing the attendance sheet.

- Candidates will not be permitted to take the exam under any circumstances if their admit cards lack proper/visible pictures and signatures or if they do not have valid photo ID evidence with them. They have to verify that specifics like name, date of birth, gender, category, medium, language, and subject are mentioned accurately. If there is a mistake, it needs to be reported immediately.

- The candidates must bring a ballpoint pen, either blue or black, for use.

- The following are permissible items within the exam venue including one original photo ID (PAN, Aadhar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID), a 500 ml transparent water bottle, a blue or black ball point pen of good quality.

- Before entering the exam room, candidates must complete their biometric attendance; if they enter without doing so, their results may be cancelled.
