CUET UG 2024: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2024) application form for admission to undergraduate (UG) courses at central and other participating universities will be available on February 28. Eligible students can apply for the CUET UG 2024 test, which is scheduled to take place between May 15 to May 31.

The registration procedure for CUET UG 2024 will commence in another 10 to 11 days, according to the Times of India. The application was originally scheduled for release on February 19, however, there has been no formal confirmation of the CUET registration date. Nearly 250 colleges will admit students to various first-year degree programs based on their CUET scores.

Applicants should be aware that passing the CUET exam does not guarantee admission to the chosen institution because each institute has its own selection standards. According to the Indian Express, the CUET UG test 2024 will be administered in a hybrid format this year to boost participation from rural students. The OMR-based exam will be held alongside the computer-based test (CBT) for the topics having the most registrations.

Furthermore, the number of topic options will be decreased from ten to six this year, according to sources. This decision was made since the maximum number of topics chosen by the previous year's applicants was five.

The second edition of CUET attracted over 28 lakh candidates, making it the second-largest admission test in the country after NEET UG. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will shortly publish the information booklet on its official website.
