When filling out the CUET 2024 application form, candidates can select up to four cities in which they would like to take the exam.

According to the NTA, a candidate can only submit one application.

“Under no circumstances, candidates will be allowed to fill more than one Application Form. Strict action will be taken, even at a later stage, against such candidates who have filled more than one Application Form,” reads the notification.

The CUET UG Exam will be conducted between May 15 to May 31. It will be hosted in 380 cities, including 26 outside India.

According to the official notification, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2024 for undergraduate (UG) courses. The application procedure will continue till March 26. Applicants can check the complete notification and apply for the test at the official websites, nta.ac.in and exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.

The NTA CUET UG 2024 examinations are scheduled to be conducted between May 15, 2024, and May 31, 2024.

CUET UG 2024 will be conducted in Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu languages.

For CUET UG 2024, only multiple-choice questions will be asked, with no descriptive-type questions included. While these questions may seem straightforward, it's essential to emphasise the significance of accuracy in your responses. Each correct answer will contain 5 marks, while every incorrect answer will result in a deduction of 1 mark.

According to last year's information brochure, there are no age restrictions for candidates intending to appear for the CUET UG 2024 exam. Eligibility is based on completing grade 12 or its equivalent by 2024, irrespective of age. However, candidates must adhere to any age criteria set by the respective university, institution, or organisation for admission.

Once the CUET UG 2024 application form is released, the registration link will be activated at cuet.samarth.ac.in.

The CUET 2024 exam contains three main sections, including languages, domain-specific, and a general test.

1. Active email address and valid phone number.

Ensure they are current and accessible.

2. Scanned photograph and signature:
Ensure they meet the specifications outlined in the official notification.

3. Category certificate (if applicable):
Mandatory for candidates seeking reservation benefits.

4. Payment method details:
Debit/credit card or UPI information for online application fee payment.
