Role of Resource Persons in On-Site Verification
Resource Persons have been assigned the critical task of conducting daily visits to two to four internship sites. Their responsibilities include:
Assessing the quality of training provided
Evaluating student engagement and participation
Checking if assigned tasks are relevant to the students’ vocational trade
Ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed
These on-site assessments are crucial for identifying and addressing any issues in real time, thus safeguarding student welfare and ensuring that internships lead to genuine learning and growth.
