DU Recruitment 2024: The University of Delhi is accepting online applications for the position of Controller of Examination. Candidates who are eligible may apply at du.ac.in. The application deadline is December 19.
DU Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
- The institution seeks "highly motivated applicants with a proven track record for ability and success." The appointment will be on a tenure or deputation basis.
- Aspirants must have a Master's degree with 55% or higher grades, or an equivalent grade.
- They must have at least 15 years of experience as an assistant professor at the 11th academic level or 8 years of service experience at the 12th academic level, which includes expertise as an associate professor as well as educational administration.
- Applicants with comparable experience at research establishments and other higher education institutions are also eligible.
- Applicants with 16 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as deputy registrar or equivalent at level 12, may also apply.

- According to DU, those with previous expertise administering university tests are ideal and would be given preference.

- The appointment will be for five years, with the possibility of a one-year extension.
- Delhi University likes applicants aged under 57.
- The cut-off date for considering credentials and experience is December 19, the application closing date.
- The application procedure is entirely online.
- The applications will be evaluated based solely on the information and documents uploaded. Applicants who provide misleading or erroneous information may face legal consequences.
- Applicants having government or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) jobs must submit a no-objection certificate from the employer. This is also applicable to those serving a board or autonomous body.
