Candidates must note that this merit list will be provisional in nature, with the final phase 1 merit list scheduled for release tomorrow, July 22, 2026. DHE Haryana estimates candidate ranks for the UG admission process based on qualification marks and weightage, and the published list will follow the applicable reservation policy.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on "Merit List For 2026-2027 UG Admission" under the "Latest Notices" section.
Step 3: The merit list will be downloaded, showing the candidate's name, allotted college and other details.

DHE Haryana Counselling Process
The counselling process for DHE Haryana admissions includes OTP-based registration, filling the application form, and online verification, during which colleges verify the application form and documents submitted by the candidate.
This is followed by the release of the merit list and allocation of seats. Candidates allotted seats will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee within the specified time period, after which they will be allowed to begin attending classes.
