DME MP NEET UG Seat Allotment Result 2025: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has announced the seat allotment results for the second round of MP NEET UG 2025 counseling on September 22, 2025 on their official website. Those candidates who have participated in the counseling process will be able to check their MBBS/BDS seat allocation status on the official portal, dme.mponline.gov.in.
The seats have been allotted to students based on their merit rank achieved by the candidate, their filled preferences, reservation rules and the availability of seats. The candidates can check and download the seat allotment lists or letters on the official website of the directorate - dme.mponline.gov.in.
The seat allotment list will include crucial details such as Common rank, MP State rank, NEET UG 2025 rank, score, category, status, Allotted institute type, allotted college, and whether they have to report to the college.

1.Reporting to Allotted College: Those candidates who have allotted seats will be required to physically report to their allotted institute for the procedure of document verification and admission confirmation within the deadline of September 23 and September 29, 2025.
2. Option to Upgrade: Those candidates who want to be considered for a better seat in a subsequent round will be able to choose the ‘Upgrade’ option during the reporting procedure The last date to exercise this upgrade option is October 4, 2025.
How to check DME MP NEET UG Seat Allotment Result 2025?
Step 1. Students must visit the official DME MP website: dme.mponline.gov.in to check allotment status.
Step 2. On the homepage, locate and click on the active link that reads 'MP NEET UG 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result'.
Step 3. Students will be redirected to a login portal where they have to enter credentials such as your application number, password, and security pin.
Step 4. Submit your details and your seat allotment status will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5. Carefully review the details—including the allotted college and course—and download the allotment letter.
